MORNING ALAN! In the Historia Team’s opinion, this is one of the BEST quotes of any war movie. The iconic line is yelled by Edward Fox in his portrayal of Lt. Gen. Horrocks in “A Bridge Too Far” while driving a Jeep along a massive convoy of Shermans. This quote then became part of the team’s language after good friend Mark Barnes yelled it out of our Jeep as we passed spectators at Armour & Embarkation, inadvertently recreating the scene in the movie! This quote has now become a staple among the team and can be seen written on a number of vehicles during show season. And now, we’ve got it on a hoodie for someone to win! This hoodie is best accompanied by an impromptu “Morning Alan!” – ideally from a Jeep.
Sourced from The Historia Shop the hoodie is a heavyweight fabric and will come in the size you need, from S to 3XL. The winner can also choose the colour – green, black, and blue.
This competition is just a bit of fun, so the ticket price and quantities are super low, and the draw is only a week long.
