With £100 to spend at The Cake College, you can choose from a range of baking and cake decorating classes designed for everyone from complete beginners to experienced bakers. Current classes range from buttercream and contemporary cake design to bread, sourdough and French pâtisserie.

The Cake College is based at The Flour Barn in Yattendon, West Berkshire, close to the M4 and A34 and around an hour from London. Its purpose-built teaching kitchen has individual workstations and professional equipment, with classes kept small so there’s plenty of hands-on tuition.
