A new experimentation from Glenfiddich, this 23 year old whisky has been finished for four months in French cuvée casks, previously used to ferment wine that will go on to become Champagne. The result is a complex, soft and floral dram with subtle dessert characters.
Staff Tasting Notes
Nose – Floral, gentle orange zest.
Palate – Gingery- boozy cream and dark chocolate.
Finish – Honeycomb, grapes and candyfloss.
