21yo Bunnahabhain that matured in Oloroso casks before a 21 month finishing period in PX casks. Bottled in 2024, only 2,682 bottles were produced at cask strength.
Official Tasting Notes
Colour – Cinnamon
Nose – Sweet nose with notes of dried fruit, nutmeg spice, honey, caramelized walnuts and a gentle touch of oak
Palate – Initial spicy notes of cinnamon and clove fade to reveal grape syrup which coats the palate, with raisins, figs, candied cherries and a hint of liquor ice
Finish – Lingering spicy finish of toasted coffee and cocoa
