Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Wisps of sherried oak with chocolate, sultanas and warm cinnamon porridge.
Palate – Christmas cake of plump raisins, candied orange and gentle oak.
Finish – Endless waves of oak and spice finally give way to sweet fruit.
