£100 BLACK MAGIC BEAUTY VOUCHER – PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize is a £100 Black Magic Beauty gift voucher, offered as the prize in this Wincredible competition.
2. The voucher entitles the winner to £100 towards eligible health and beauty treatments provided by Black Magic Beauty at its Hull-based treatment location. All treatments are subject to availability and suitability for the winner.
3. The prize is valid for eligible health and beauty treatments provided by Black Magic Beauty in Hull only. It does not include home visits, mobile treatments or treatments at another location unless specifically agreed by Black Magic Beauty.
4. Treatments must be booked directly with Black Magic Beauty and are subject to its normal appointment availability.
5. Some treatments may require a consultation, patch test or suitability assessment before an appointment can take place. Black Magic Beauty may refuse a treatment or recommend a suitable alternative where reasonably necessary for health, safety or suitability reasons.
6. The winner must comply with Black Magic Beauty’s usual booking, cancellation, age, consultation and treatment policies.
7. The voucher has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. If the winner selects treatments costing more than £100 in total, the winner will be responsible for paying the additional amount directly to Black Magic Beauty.
9. Where permitted by Black Magic Beauty, if the chosen treatment costs less than £100, any remaining voucher balance may be used towards another eligible treatment before the voucher expires.
10. The voucher must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. Any unused balance remaining after this date will be forfeited.
11. The voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher or combined with another discount, promotion or special offer unless Black Magic Beauty agrees otherwise.
12. The prize will be awarded to the verified winner of the Wincredible competition. Any transfer of the voucher to another person is subject to the agreement of Wincredible and Black Magic Beauty.
13. Wincredible is the promoter of the competition only. The treatments and associated services are provided independently by Black Magic Beauty. Treatment bookings, consultations, suitability assessments, cancellations and the provision of treatments are the responsibility of Black Magic Beauty. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
14. If a particular treatment is unavailable or unsuitable for the winner, Black Magic Beauty may offer a reasonable alternative treatment of equivalent voucher value, subject to availability and suitability.
15. The winner is responsible for travelling to and from Black Magic Beauty’s Hull-based treatment location. Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses are not included in the prize.
16. Wincredible will take reasonable steps to ensure the advertised prize is made available. If circumstances outside Wincredible’s reasonable control materially affect its availability, Wincredible may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value where appropriate and permitted by law.
17. Wincredible is not responsible for an appointment being missed, cancelled or rearranged because the winner failed to comply with Black Magic Beauty’s booking or cancellation requirements.
18. Nothing in these prize terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK law.
19. These prize-specific terms must be read alongside Wincredible’s general competition terms and conditions. Where there is a conflict relating specifically to this prize, these prize-specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
20. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these prize-specific terms and conditions.

INSTANT-WIN RULES FOR THIS FREE GIVEAWAY

Across 250 tickets, there are 20 free-entry instant prizes available to be won: 10 prizes of one free entry into The Humber Treasure Hunt and 10 prizes of one free entry into Plinko, as shown in the live prize list. These are the original quantities; the list shows how many have already been found. Free-entry prizes have no cash value.

These instant prizes are not all guaranteed to be awarded. A prize is won when its winning ticket number is allocated to a valid entry received by the closing date and time. The separate £100 Black Magic Beauty voucher end prize is guaranteed to be awarded regardless of entry numbers, unless the giveaway is lawfully cancelled under section 13 of our Terms and Conditions. The voucher-specific conditions above remain applicable.

Valid entries through each permitted entry route use the same fair, random ticket-allocation system and have the same chance per ticket. Online results are shown or notified when entries are processed. Postal results are established when tickets are allocated, and winners are notified without undue delay using their account, email or telephone details.

Unallocated prizes: if a winning number is never allocated to a valid entry by the closing date and time, its instant prize is not awarded or rolled over, in accordance with section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Allocated but unclaimed prizes: if a prize remains unclaimed after the reasonable notification and verification process, is refused, or the winning entry is invalid, Wincredible will select an eligible replacement winner from valid entries in this giveaway using a computer process producing verifiably random results, or selection by or under the supervision of a demonstrably independent person. The allocated prize will be awarded and the replacement process recorded, as set out in section 14.

Unless a different reasonable claim period was clearly advertised before entry, winners have 28 days from first notification to respond and complete reasonable verification. Before withdrawing a prize for non-response, Wincredible will make reasonable contact efforts, normally at least three attempts using at least two available contact methods. Winners are not charged to claim a prize. Prizes are normally awarded within 30 days of the relevant prize determination, subject to the published terms.

Open to eligible Great Britain residents aged 18 or over, with a maximum of one entry per person. See sections 5, 9, 11, 12 and 14 of our Terms and Conditions. Previously advertised benefits and existing entrants' rights remain protected under section 31.
