Made from the same Scottish Concerto barley as 17.1, this expression gains extra depth from French red-wine oak, bourbon casks and a final maturation in first-fill port barriques.
17.3
Produced from barley grown exclusively in Irene’s Field at Octomore Farm, this five-year-old expression explores Islay terroir through bourbon and European oak casks previously used for wines including Ribera del Duero, Sauternes and Eiswein.
