Win an Oura Ring 4

Sometimes the most useful training data comes from what happens outside the gym.

The Oura Ring 4 tracks your sleep, recovery, readiness, activity, heart rate, stress and more from a lightweight smart ring designed to be worn day and night.

No bulky watch. No screen constantly demanding your attention. Just useful data that helps you understand when you’re recovered, when you’ve slept well and when your body might need an easier day.

And one winner is getting one for just 99p a ticket.

Your Oura Ring. Your Size.

Getting the sizing right matters with a smart ring, so we’re not going to guess.

Once the winner has been drawn, they’ll need to confirm their Oura Ring size, and we’ll provide the Ring 4 in their chosen size, subject to availability.

The prize allowance is up to £279.

What does the Oura Ring 4 track?

Oura brings a lot of your health and recovery data together in one place, including:

• Sleep and sleep stages
• Readiness and recovery
• Resting heart rate
• Heart-rate variability
• Daily activity
• Stress
• Blood oxygen sensing
• Temperature trends
• Cardiovascular and fitness insights

It’s particularly useful if you’re already training regularly and want a better picture of how you’re actually recovering between sessions.
