Distilled in 2006, this limited-edition Caol Ila took a three-part American oak journey: first refill casks, then virgin oak, before a grand finale in fresh ex-Bulleit Bourbon barrels. The result hits all the right notes—zesty citrus, crisp green apple, butterscotch and creamy fudge, followed by warming oak spice and Caol Ila’s unmistakable coastal smoke. A true festival showstopper, with only 996 bottles released.
