Your free ticket is a real entry: it shows in the entry list, it goes in the draw, and it can win just like any paid ticket. You can still buy up to 10 more tickets on top of it.

HOW IT WORKS
One free ticket per competition launched in the 3 months after the draw, allocated automatically at launch. Competitions already live on draw night are not included, and future Golden Ticket competitions are excluded.
The winner chooses one number from 1 to 200 after the draw and before the next competition launches. If no number has been chosen by then, one is picked automatically. The number cannot be changed once set, and it is used in every competition for the full 3 months.
The winner must have a 676 Competitions account. The prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
If the winner closes their account or self-excludes, the Golden Ticket ends on that date and no further tickets are allocated.
