A simply stunning 1960 Chevrolet Impala Sport Sedan Flat Top, fitted with its original 283 cu in 4.6L small-block V8 and automatic gearbox. It is a very rare and special American classic, with the Flat Top roofline giving it a distinctive look and real presence.
Showing 78,000 miles from new, this Impala appears to be in fantastic original condition throughout. It has clearly been loved and cherished, having been treasured for nearly 30 years by its last custodian, a 92-year-old gentleman, who advised that the car had only two previous owners in America.
It runs and drives beautifully and now benefits from electronic ignition, making it easier to live with while still keeping the original character of the car.
A top example of a very special American classic, with lovely history, strong originality and the right V8/automatic setup.
