Braking performance is equally serious, with an Alcon six-pot front and four-pot rear brake setup. The car's CSL influence is particularly extensive. It features a full carbon-fibre CSL-style front bumper, carbon CSL-style diffuser, genuine CSL bootlid, CSL steering rack, and a Karbonius CSL carbon intake with software calibration by Litchfield. Inside, Recaro CS seats with embossed M logos complete the driver-focused feel. With major upgrades covering the engine, intake, software, suspension, brakes, wheels, chassis, steering, aerodynamics and interior, this is far beyond a lightly modified E46 M3.
