Billing & subscription questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing portal. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is VAT included?

We’re not currently VAT-registered, so VAT isn’t applicable — the prices shown are the prices you pay. Invoices are issued automatically for every payment.

Is there a contract or notice period?

Monthly plans roll month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for 12 months in exchange for a discounted rate; you can cancel renewal whenever you like.

How do you charge for tracked competitors?

Each plan includes a hard cap on the number of competitor brands you can monitor in detail. Swap them in and out as often as you like — you’re paying for slots, not specific operators.

Can I see a sample before subscribing?

Yes — the sample report page shows the format. Request a tailored cut filtered to your patch from the contact form and we’ll send one within a working day.

Do you offer refunds?

If something’s not working for you in the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email us and we’ll refund the unused period. No forms, no friction.
