See exactly how your competitors are selling — by name, draw by draw.
The only UK competition-market platform with named competitor tracking. We follow 411 UK operators, sweep for new draws every 30 minutes and sample ticket sales every 10 minutes — then feed it straight into your dashboard and your marketing stack.
Competitor tracking that names names
Generic market reports tell you what "the market" did. We tell you what Rival Comps Ltd did — last night, at what price, and how fast it sold.
Pick your rivals, follow them draw by draw
Choose the operators you actually compete with — up to five on Pro — and get a dedicated head-to-head view of every draw they run: price, cap, category, sell-through, sell-out.
Know the moment they blink
Email alerts when a tracked rival drops a ticket price, lifts a cap or extends an end date — the moves an operator only makes when a draw isn't performing.
Your curve against theirs
Overlay any of your draws against a rival's in one chart — velocity, price and time-to-cap side by side, so "they're beating us" becomes a graph instead of a feeling.
Sell-out warnings on rival flagships
On Pro, get alerted when a tracked rival's draw is heading for a sell-out — the signal a format is landing, while there's still time to respond with your own.
All of it built from figures the operators publish on their own public pages — we just never stop watching them.
What you actually get
We track 156K competitions across 411 UK operators — sweeping for new draws every 30 minutes and sampling ticket sales and instant-win claims every 10 minutes. That turns into three things you can use:
Market coverage
Every live draw across the operators we track — price, prize, cap, end-date, category — in one place, kept fresh.
Sales velocity
Ticket-count snapshots every 10 minutes build into sell-through curves — so you can see which competitor draws are flying and which are dragging.
Benchmarks & reports
Weekly market digest, prize-format trends and anonymised benchmarks you can take into a pricing meeting or board pack.
How operators are using it
Two patterns come up again and again in the conversations we have with operators on the platform.
Pricing and format decisions
Before setting a ticket price or a cap, check what's actually selling in the same category at the same price point right now. Stop arguing about it in meetings.
Launch timing
Look at the forward calendar of competitor end-dates and slot your launches into the weeks where the market is genuinely quieter — not the weeks you assume are quiet.
Your draw milestones, live in your marketing stack
The same tracking that watches your competitors watches your own draws — and pushes what it sees straight into Klaviyo or Customer.io. No developer required: connect an API key from the dashboard and it's live.
13 milestone events, pushed as they happen
Server-side events land in Klaviyo or Customer.io the moment our tracking spots them — trigger an urgency flow off Sellout predicted, a last-tickets email off Almost gone, a same-day push off Draw tonight.
A live feed of your competitions
A signed web feed of your live draws — titles, prices, percent sold, end dates — for dynamic blocks in your campaigns. Your "ending soon" email builds itself from data that's at most minutes old.
Milestone events on Standard and above (predictive triggers from Growth); the Klaviyo feed on Growth and above. More platforms are on the roadmap — tell us which one you need.
Four pillars
The product is organised around four things. The plan you pick determines how much of each you get.
Market intelligence
Live competition catalogue, price-point distribution, prize-format trends, operator directory.
Velocity analytics
10-minute sales sampling, sell-through curves, sell-out estimates and alerts when tracked competitors change price.
Marketing automation
Klaviyo & Customer.io integrations — 13 milestone events pushed into your flows, plus a live Klaviyo feed of your draws.
Strategic reporting
Weekly digest, monthly reports, seasonal trends and market-share estimates for the board pack.
We're onboarding directly right now
Rather than running self-serve signups, we're walking every new operator through the dashboard ourselves — partly so we can shape the benchmark cuts around what you actually want to know, and partly because the conversations are useful for us too.
Common questions
Where does the data come from?
From the public competition pages of the 411 UK operators we track. We sample the publicly displayed ticket counts on a regular cadence — we don't access anyone's backend.
Is this legal and compliant?
Yes. We only collect data that's already on public-facing pages and we don't touch any player information. Same approach as comparison sites in retail and travel.
How accurate is the sampling?
We sweep for new draws every 30 minutes and sample ticket sales every 10 minutes, so a reading is accurate to within minutes of what the operator was showing publicly. Across 8M readings to date, the resulting velocity curves track real sell-out timings closely — we publish the methodology on request.
Are the benchmarks anonymised?
Aggregate market figures are anonymised. Operator-level tracking uses operator names because those are already public — you'd see the same on each competitor's own site.
Can my competitors track me?
Yes — the same public figures work in both directions, and some of them are probably already watching yours by hand. The question is who's reading the market with 10-minute data and who's refreshing browser tabs.
How do the Klaviyo and Customer.io integrations work?
Connect a Klaviyo API key or Customer.io Track credentials from your dashboard — no developer needed. Standard plans and above get 13 milestone events pushed server-side into your flows, each one individually toggleable (the predictive triggers unlock on Growth); Growth also adds a live Klaviyo feed of your competitions for dynamic email blocks.
