Filled on 21 September 2021, this Blair Athol HHD was recorded at 143.3 OLA and 63.5% ABV and is now approaching five years of maturation. Originally founded as Aldour, after the Allt Dour burn that supplies its water, the distillery was later renamed Blair Athol — notably with one “L”, unlike the nearby village of Blair Atholl. The winner can: Age it. Bottle it. Keep it. Sell it — you choose. To give you complete flexibility, The Keeper is also including five years of cask storage, giving you plenty of time to decide exactly what you want to do with it.
