EPIPHONE SLASH LES PAUL
VICTORIA
Epiphone Slash “Victoria” Les Paul Standard Goldtop. Made in 2021 this guitar features a Mahogany body with Carved Hard Maple cap, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Laurel fingerboard. Other appointments include a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and after-market Kluson Locking tuning machines. A previous owner has swapped the original pickups with a set of Epiphone Alnico Classic humbuckers, the original pickups are not included.
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Slash Custom C Shape profile offering comfortable playability and easy reach across the register. The Laurel fingerboard feels luxurious under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. All in all, this neck, the Slash C profile neck ensures the ‘classic’ Les Paul experience; substantial & resonant.
Amplified, the pair of After-market Epiphone Alnico Classic humbuckers deliver thick, full-bodied tones, with plenty of grit and crunch for those dirty riffs and powerful lead lines. The bridge position is hot, producing a saturated and searing distortion tone that is perfectly suited to riffing. The neck pickup is rounder and warmer, and blasts your solo tones to the front of the mix with ease. The traditional Les Paul controls are as practical as ever, with the orange drop capacitors and hand-finished wiring helping them to respond well to small changes for tonal versatility while playing. Top hat not included.
