The 1959 Les Paul Standard is probably the most converted guitars in the world and considered the ‘holy grail’ amongst vintage guitars. Only around 650 of the original guitars were produced, making them rare and beyond unaffordable to most.

With a 1-piece lightweight mahogany back, figured maple top, medium ‘C’ shape mahogany neck, smooth rosewood fretboard and 22 historic medium jumbo frets the guitar resonates like an acoustic. Thanks to the excellent unpotted Custombucker alnico 3 pickups all this translates into a truly magical sound plugged in, it is both bright, full and powerful while being dynamic and anyone who plays this guitar will soon know what all the fuss is about!
