This Caol Ila spent 13 years taking it slow in bourbon casks. Now it’s bringing ripe banana, kiwi and fresh citrus to an Islay beach bonfire. Sweet fruit leads the way, peat smoke curls around it, and a long, smoky finish makes itself comfortable. Bourbon matured and bottled at 43%.
