The STIHL TS 410 Petrol 30cm Cut-Off Saw is a compact yet powerful 3.2-kW cut-off machine.
The high-performance machine has an optimised balance for excellent cutting performances and utilises a 300mm cutting wheel.
At the heart of the TS 410 is a 2-stroke engine with stratified charge. A fuel-free layer of air is created between the burned charge in the combustion chamber and the fresh charge in the crankcase, reducing the amount of fuel lost during the charge cycle.
This results in more power with a lower weight, up to 20% lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke engines and significantly reduced exhaust emissions.
The modern, ergonomic design allows each user to work with an optimal grip position. The loop handle facilitates excellent cutting comfort in any working position.
Water is supplied to the cutting wheel through the standard water connection with sprinkler system to suppress the dust produced during cutting. It is supplied to the device in such a way so as not to interfere with your work.
STIHL long-life air filtration systems with pre-separation achieve perceptibly longer filter life compared with conventional filter systems. Air drawn in is swirled. The larger, heavier particles are ejected. The pre-cleaned air is routed to the air filter via the pre-separator duct.
Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL has therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system whereby the oscillations from the machine’s engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

Heavy-duty cutting arm and newly-designed cast magnesium crankcase has a three-bolt joint to attach the cutting head, enabling higher torsional rigidity than the previous two-bolt solution.
A strong Poly-V belt combined with the maintenance-free starter DuraStarter™ and efficient filter-system Active Air Filtration™ ensures long service intervals.
Suitable for road work and easy to cut in a straight or curved track or close to sidewalk when used with KV7 trolley (not supplied).
Ideal for ashphalt, blocks, curbstones, garden pavers, burying of cables, cast concrete, floors and walls, rails, rescue cutting.
Supplied with a TACTI-CUT S50 300mm Diamond Blade with segmented rim and 10mm segment height and 20mm bore diameter.
Blade composition is designed for high speed in hard materials with a good balance between high performance output in relation to cost.
The ‘Easy-fit’ system allows the expansion of the bore hole from 20mm to 25.4mm, enabling you to mount the blade on different types of machines (power cutter, table saw, floor saw). Applies to blade diameters up to 350mm.
All Husqvarna blades are designed and produced according to EN13236 standards. Husqvarna is also a leading member of OSA (Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives), guaranteeing the user a safe and trouble-free operation of its products.
