This competition is open to entrants in Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex and SW London. Entries from outside these areas are still welcome; however, winners outside these regions will receive the cash alternative prize. At the promoter’s discretion, installation of the garden room may be offered in other areas depending on distance and location. The prize is limited to the construction of the garden room only. Furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and any additional interior or exterior features are not included. If fewer than 50% of tickets are sold, the promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative equal to 50% of the total ticket sales in place of the advertised prize.
