The double distillation
Togouchi whiskies are distilled twice. The first distillation is made with a swann neck pot still purposely modified to bring more complexity. The second in a hybrid still brings elegant and fruity notes.

A unique maturation place
Togouchi whiskies are aged in a unique place, an old railway tunnel at the heart of the Osorakan mountain. They benefit from cool and humid ageing conditions, limiting the impact of the wood on the whisky, hence its light color.

An iconic bottle
The Togouchi bottle is a tribute to the Japanese know-how as it is inspired from the traditional jars used by the distillery to age the shochu.
