This whisky is a mixture of three casks; ex Bourbon, ex Matusalem Oloroso sherry and ex Cabernet Sauvignon casks, and has been designed specifically for pairing with a cigar.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Quite an unusual, lighter fresher start for Dalmore, with clean sharp wood, caramel and Jammy Dodger biscuits. With a bit more time in the glass, fruit pudding, strawberry jam and beach wood notes come through.

Palate – Chilli chocolate, with a caramel fudge note and sweet oaky note. A drying, red wine finish.
