The Harpy’s Tale takes Ardbeg’s unmistakable Islay smoke and combines it with whisky matured in rare Sauternes wine casks and ex-bourbon casks, creating a seriously unusual balance of rich sweetness, fruit and heavy peat smoke.

At 13 years old, this is far from your standard Ardbeg. The Sauternes influence brings layers of sweet fruit, citrus and richness, while underneath sits that classic Ardbeg character — smoke, herbs, oak and powerful coastal peat.
