A 2026 addition to Glenglassaugh’s acclaimed whisky line-up, the 15 Year Old is a richer expression of this coastal single malt, emphasising the luscious influence of the Pedro Ximénez used in its maturation. A deep amber in the glass, it noses with sultanas, raisins, salted caramel, and bright Spanish orange. The palate is rounded and luxurious, with treacle and caramelised dates meeting fresh papaya, as chocolate and tobacco underneath. The finish takes its time, with cinnamon and nutmeg, coastal notes and light nuttiness.
